Going Further Together

“Life’s battles don’t always go to the stronger or faster man. But sooner or later the man who wins, is the man who thinks he can.” —  Vince Lombardi

Football players have coaches. Baseball players, too. Having a coach is the normal way a player grows, develops their talents, and reaches their potential. What we know is true in sports is also true in life. A life coach is a person who helps you grow, develop, and succeed — in life, relationships, or your career.

As a pastor, entrepreneur, and board member on several non-profits, I’ve been privileged to coach hundreds of individuals at various stages of their personal or professional development.  It’s one of the most exciting things I do.

If you want go faster, go alone. If you want to go further, go together.

Coaching Specialties Include

  • leadership
  • life planning
  • change management
  • communication and public speaking
  • personal development
  • personal mission
  • career planning
  • faith and spiritual development
  • strategic planning
  • start-up skills

How do I like to work?

The best place to start is by exchanging an email or two. This allows us to both determine if I’m the right coach for your needs. Once we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule an in-person meeting at a site that is convenient for both of us. At this first meeting, we’ll get to know one another, determine a plan of action, and set a frequency of meetings.

Why am I a coach?

I have always enjoyed helping people discover meaning and purpose. As a pastor for many years, it required me to develop skills in a multitude of areas — skills that I enjoy using to help people grow and develop.

What experience do I bring to the coaching environment?

Great question! My education includes undergraduate and graduate work in history and theology. In addition, I have over 25 years of experience as a pastor, public speaker, life coach, and entrepreneur. This includes founding my own company and starting a new church. I also serve on the board of directors for four non-profits.

What payment options are there?

I’ll bring a PayPal credit card reader to each of our meetings. It simply plugs into my iPhone and allows you to use any credit or debit card you want to use for payment. Rates are based on the length and frequency of our meetings.
