I've begun leading our ministry leads in the process of greater collaboration among ministries.  As a church, we have a mission of reaching people disconnected to God and helping them grow in their relationship with him.  This -- by any measure -- is no small task. Ultimately, by doing more of what we do best the church will be more healthy and more lives will be impacted for good. I'm passing along a resource I found via Twitter: OliveTree.  They offer "traditional" Bible software packages for your use on your computer; they also have a host of Bible apps for the different phone platforms ... iPhone, Blackberry, Android, and Windows Mobile.  Be sure to check out their free section.

Here was the headline on page 5A of Saturday's Denver Post: "Man who tried to revive roadside opossum accused of public drunkenness." While I'm still not clear on the visual side of this story, I am sure of this: it can't be pretty. My take-home? Work smarter, not harder ...
