By Church, Leadership
As the senior leader in our organization, I am a firm believer in delegation of tasks and the development of talent. For us to grow and expand, I must be comfortable with a shrinking knowledge of every detail regarding every activity that we are involved in. Someone must know — but it doesn’t (and shouldn’t) be me. Paul is concerned that the new church live exemplary lives among their pagan neighbors. When we speak of the gospel, we have to recognize that there is a true gospel and a false gospel. The pagan influences that surrounded Titus and the church posed a real threat to the successful establishment of the church. The modern church must also be discerning when it comes to a true or false gospel - especially when American values may clash with biblical values.Watch more videos at the Mountainview YouTube channel. Simple Steps to Change – Be Nice

By Leadership
Personally, I believe in the wisdom of the Golden Rule: treat other people the way you want to be treated. More often than not, it works. When I treat others in accordance with my highest self, I find my own energy lifted and I benefit from the increased energy of others. TAKE ACTION: See each person you encounter today as an extension of yourself. Treat them the way you would want to be treated.
