Rahab was willing to risk her own safety and security in order to help the Jewish spies. If we follow God faithfully, it will also involve risk. Not risky behavior, but stepping outside of our comfort zone in order to be obedient.Watch more videos at the Mountainview YouTube channel. Need a Speaker or Presenter? Reflections from My Recent Study Break

By Church
All three of my regular readers probably noticed that my blog went dark during the month of June. Not that unusual, since I'm often in the dark on many days (and many topics). For the rest of you who weren't paying attention, let me explain why. In 2014, when our elders approached me about assuming the senior pastor role at Mountainview, they asked me what I needed to be most effective. By Church

Later we moved to an industrial park. It was an exciting time of seeing people find their way back to God. In 2008, we began a conversation with the leadership of a church in South Denver. In 2009, we moved our family to Highlands Ranch because we believed in the vision of this church: Mountainview will impact South Denver and beyond by fostering a movement to start healthy 3G campuses and churches. From its very beginning, the church has always been called to advance and multiply. The New Testament book of Acts is a continuation of Gospel of Luke. It was written by the same person to the same person (a fellow named Theophilus = lover of God).…

New Churches and Campuses (video)

By Church
At Mountainview, our vision is to impact people beyond our four walls. While we are not entirely responsible for kingdom growth across South Denver, we certainly do share in the responsibility. Rather than harming Mountainview’s own ministry, being outward focused reinforces and strengthens our core value of growth and outreach.Watch more videos at the Mountainview YouTube channel.
