One of my favorite business writers spoke this morning at the Willow Creek Leadership Summit: Jim Collins. He spoke on the subject of his latest book — “How the Mighty Fall.” It’s a great book I read about six months ago. He walked throug the stages of decline that faltering companies (and churches) go through.
