Science has proven what the spiritual literature has known for thousands of years – gratitude is good for you.
Gratitude raises your energy level by reminding your inner spirit that there are good things in your life. Gratitude is also a natural negativity blocker. It is impossible to hold a negative thought while simultaneously thinking a positive thought.
TAKE ACTION: Don’t just say “thank you” today. When you have the chance, add an amplifier. Say, “Thank you for your outstanding service” instead of a simple “thank you.” Do that a few times and write in your journal how the other person reacted and how it made you feel.
